I just received my laptop and I figured i'd save myself some cash and upgrade to an additional, larger HDD when it arrives. I'm having some trouble in that I am unable to get the back plate off. This particular plate is one big cover that is held down by 5 screws. I'm able to loosen, but the issue is that the screws seem to tap themselves back in right when the feel like they're out.
I've tried loosening opposite each other, and even when i get two out, (i can lift the plate a little) I cannot get the others out far enough to remove the plate.
I've help others install RAM on older laptops, so I know it shouldn't be this difficult.
Any tips, or advise you can offer on the subject is greatly appreciated.

Might be some sort of warranty seal, once you get it loose the mfr will know it’s been opened, just a guess.
Mine is being built as I type and I am thinking of swapping out the 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) HD 5650 to Nvidia card. I too have replaced RAM and hard drives in the past, but this will be quite a task I think.
