I found out that what you need to have is a Processor that supports the Intel VT.
Great site to go to.
http://blogs.zdnet.com/Bott/?p=946&page=2 Also it says the bios must be able to enable VT. Does this MB's bios do that?
Intlel says E6300 supports virtualization technology; go to BIOS' "Advanced BIOS Features" page, and enable "Virtualization Technology"; you will need to download and install "windows_virtual_pc_beta_x64_343649.msu", followed by "en_windows_xp_mode_beta_x64_349172.msi" for Win7βRC1x64, or "windows_virtual_pc_beta_x86_343649.msu", followed by "en_windows_xp_mode_beta_x86_349172.msi" for Win7βRC1x86...
Good luck; my experience so far with the VitualXp has been really great - I run a number of older, very ill behaved Rockwell apps on it, and so far (knock on - well - formica) it has worked like a charm...
