NH-D14, Megahalems, VenomousX

NO, the Galaxy II is NOT made for the 1156 platform, it couldn't handle the heat even if it was.

H50 is outperformed by the measly hyper 212+ for half the price. The Noctua NH-D14 is the best in the market right now afaik

As mentioned before the best air-coolers are the Noctua NH-D14 its biggest con is its size so it may not be a match when space is at a premium.
The Megahalems has to have fans purchased and may interfere with dimms/ram on certain set-ups.
The Armageddon offers basically the same performance and allows for 140mm fans and has better dimm/ram clearance.
The Thermalright Venomous X comes in three flavours two without fans and the XT version which includes a low-noise fan.
Another top performer is the Thermaltake Frio which is around $60 and includes two speed controllable fans .

nope.. as far as i know its sealed.. you cant refill it even if you wanted to. but id go with air cooling.. as somebody mentioned above.. a high end air cooler would beat the H50 in cooling performance.. and to top it off what if a year or 2 that h50 decided to leak and it gets all over your other components.. there goes your whole system.. from what im seeing davcon hit the nail on the head with the noctua NH-D14.. its big.. but it'de be better than the H50.. and you wouldnt have to worry about leaking.

Oh COOL,thank you, silly me,i didnt think of the any possible leakage and could ruin the components in the system.I think id go with the air cooler to avoid that problem.+1 for you.Even though i did mention about the possible leakage, but after that i forgot about the components to get ruined too.And there goes all the hard earned cash wasted.Thank you. :)

The Noctua might fit it's 6.2" tall but the V-10 is 6.36" tall and your case is only 7.3" wide.
The V-10 is overpriced btw for the performance/cooling value it delivers.
Your definitely going to have to buy a cooler 158.5mm tall and under.
The Scythe Mugen will fit but then you'll have to concern yourself with dimm intrusion.
Your case width is going to decide what cooler you use.
From my pov you have 3 options.
The Noctua which is big and might interfere with ram.
The Scythe also big and could interfere with ram.
The CM Hyper 212+ which has the least dimm intrusion.
Keep in mind dimm intrusion is only an issue if all 4 slots are used.
If you have 4gb ram and don't plan on adding anymore you're fine.
