I got a Phenom II 940 @ 3.7ghz, i have a 770 chipset motherboard (gigabyte Ga-Ma770-ud3) and im gonna get a new videocard and i was wondering if its worth getting a 4890 and a 790gx mobo with it, for the platform, i dont like the selection of 790 motherboards tho. any input?

Theres no reason to upgrade your mobo.

don't unless you are going crossfire other wise leave it alone by all means get teh HD4890/70 what ever great cards both of them
