Hi guys, i recently had a pc custom built using the antec 1200 case. I only ordered 1 dvd burner and it is installed at the top of the case. Is it normal to be able to see into the case through the 2 remaining empty drive bays underneath the burner? The mesh is there but i can see into the pc. thx guys.

Yes, you can see through perforated mesh. Any chance you have a window on the side panel? That would increase visibility through the perforated mesh.

Thx for the quick reply Johnnylucky. Yes the is a window on the side panel where an extra fan can be fitted. Anyway i just thought there was something missing from those 2 bays because i could see into the case.

OK! In some cases that have fans mounted in the bottom front you can see the fans through the perforated mesh, especially the led case fans. My CoolerMaster HAF 932 was like that. It had a red glow behind the bottom front grill.

Yes mine has 3 fans under the 3 drive bays and they light up blue which like you said can be seen through the mesh. Thx again JohnnyLucky.

Actually if your talking about the 2 drive bays underneath it then no. well at least on mine. each drive cover has a foam sheet covering the vents from behind.
