Data loss on raid 1+0

does deleting of logical volume of raid 1+0 (hp smartarray 410i controller) lead to complete loss of data?

Yes.

You may be able to recover the data using special utilities, but if you just try to access the individual drives from a former RAID 1+0 set using normal methods you won't be able to access any of the files.
