Hi there ppl. Some time ago I posted a thread asking for advice regarding a new rig. This time I need some opinions about the MoBo. Besides the gfx card I also need space to use 2 other devices, TV Card and X-Fi. The problem is that most motherboards don't allow to have all 3 working at the same time, either the slots are simply not there or they're occupied by the dual slot BFG GTX 275. There are some nice options out there that have room for everything like the Asus P6T Deluxe V2 and the Gigabyte EX58-UD5 but the last slot is either x1 or x8

Asus P6T Deluxe V2
3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (at x16/x16/x1 or x16/x8/x8 mode)
1 x PCIe x4
2 x PCI

Gigabyte EX58-UD5
2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x16 (PCIEX16_1/PCIEX16_2)
1 x PCI Express x8 slot, running at x8 (PCIEX8_1)

(The PCIEX16_1, PCIE16_2 and PCIEX8_1 slots support 2-Way/3-Way NVIDIA SLI/ATI CrossFireXTM technology and conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
3. 1 x PCI Express x4 slot
4. 1 x PCI Express x1 slot
5. 2 x PCI slots

I did some search around and found this MSI (thread title) and I really would like to know if this MSI is a nice overclocker as I intend to OC my i7 to 4.0ghz. This board costs me around 244€ so if you guys have some opinion on this one and its performance and/or have a better suggestion within the same price range I would highly appreciate your contribution in helping me with some doubts I have regarding this MoBo. Thanks in advance.

Ok, can I make things work like this on the Deluxe V2?
Will that slot work at x16? Ty
