Graphics cards

im a computer nubi, i have an asus m2n-sli delux MB, amd a64 x2 6400 processor,4 gigs ram,650w power supply,evga 8600gt gpu, with a 24" and 52" lcd monitors.going to use computer for games and movies including blueray. my question is will the 8600gt do the job or would u recomend 9800gtx+.

8600GT would be fine for movies, but not gaming. I would recommend HD4870 1GB for that resolution, but 9800GTX+ at the least.
