My board has the EPS2 plug for 8-pin connection and I was wondering which one would be better?

Antec would be a better choice, its just a nice reliable brand. I've never heard of enhance.

There is a technical review of an Enhance power supply over at JonnyGuru.com. It's actually a decent low budget OEM psu:

There's also a review of the Silverstone Element ST50EF, which uses the ENP-5150 as it's oem

Don't read to much into that Antec review JL, they changed oems since then.
