That depends entirely on how much money you are willing to spend, what kind of computer you want, and how you actually intend to use it. You can find used PIII's on Craigslist for a handful of dollars most of the time if you just want a generic cheap computer that can't possibly do anything useful except occupy space in a landfill. Conversely, there are boutique dealers that will just tap you for more cash on a system than I make in a year.

Can you be any more specific about what you want?

pc's good enough to run new games at around 200 - 400$. i was looking on ebay right now.. found a few. :/
