How to Setup BIOS

I have two SATA HDDs, one is 2TB HDD for storage and the another SATA HDD is for my Operating System. How can i setup my BIOS to automatic boot from my Operating System?

Change the Boot Device Order in your BIOS.
Lurk around in it until you find the settings and set the appropriate one.
Best information I can offer as you didn't offer a motherboard model
