I can not get my pictures to come up under MY DOCUMENTS What do I do?

I deleted quite a few icons on my desktop and every since then I have been unable to get anything under MY DOCUMENTS. I have been using MY DOCUMENTS to send pictures on CRAIGSLIST and now I have no idea how to send the pictures and no idea what I did to lose everything under MY DOCUMENTS. HELP!!

Are you saying My Documents is empty? Check the Recycle Bin?
