What's the question?

Yes you can use 7,200 RPM and 10,000 RPM SATA hard disk drives on the same motherboard.

You haven't clarified by what you mean by "mixing". Are you talking about using a 7,200 RPM SATA hard disk drive and a 10,000 RPM SATA hard disk drive in a RAID array?
