Opinion about this CPU specifications

I´m going to bought a PC, and here you can see the specifications:

I have a monitor SAMSUNG T220P.
The use of the CPU will be - surfing, programming, some games, movies, etc.. (general use)

What do think about the specifications?

why ddr3?

unless it loses a bit of cash off the build there is no point.

You wouldn't need the DDR3 RAM. You might want to use those savings to get a high quality PSU.
