550w psu enough for this rig?

Hi guyz, i built my own pc and i was wondering that 550w psu will be enough to hold this rig?becuz i will be doing a little overclocking so to be on the safe side i am asking. My specs are:-

Intel DP35DP motherboard with one pci-express x16
Intel Quad Core Q6600
HIS HD 5750 Radeon 512mb GDDR5 x1
LG DVD-Rom
Western Digital 500 gb Hard disk

Also my PSU is some chinese company called ETON Technologies. I couldnt buy cooler master because its not available in my country.PLZ Reply ASAP

technically... 550watts is enough for this setup. Some of the generic brand PSU's dont put out anywhere near waht they are rated for... I know nothing about that brand tho.

However... your rig should actually require around 400watts peak, so as long as it can supply that you should be fine

The benefits of an oversize PSU are many and the only drawback is it costs a few dollars more. IMHO. it's the cheapest insurance policy you'll ever buy.
