I want to transfer a call or rout the call from VoIP line into Local phone provider line. What is the best equipment I need to in order to do that ?

You might want to check out Grandstream ATA's. They got ATA's with FXO's. Not sure though if you need ATA with FXO because you may get away without it.

I use Grandstream 486 with my Onesuite VoIP and landline and it doesn't have FXO port but when I get calls to my Onesuite number my phone rings and the same phone rings if I get a call to my landline number.
