Hello, I apologize for my english, I'm looking for a solution. I'll tell you my problem. I bought 2 RAM memories of 2GB each one to put to my P5VD2-MX, it's been working fine with 1GB of RAM since I bought it but when I install these two memories I turn on my computer but it starts beeping and I can't do anything so I had to put again my old 1GB RAM memory. Before buying, I've read that my motherboard supports 4GB of RAM maximum, so I think this shouldn't be happening.

Some time ago I upgraded my BIOS to the latest version 1017 and there's no latest one.

The two memories I'm installing are Kingston KVR533D2N4/2G if these data can be useful...

Could it be a power supply problem? Or is it related to my motherboard? Please I hope you can help me. Thank you.

Edit: tried to put the RAM again, but only tried with a 2gb one, and it seems before it wasn't properly installed. This time my computer boots but after windows bootscreen it's showing a blue screen and rebooting... I can't even read what that blue screen says because my computer reboots... So I had to put again 1GB and my computer is working, but showing an overckocking failed message during POST. I press F1 and it starts normally. But still can't use 4GB of RAM because that blue screen... What else can I try? Should I clear the CMOS? Should I reinstall windows?

Any suggestions?
