Q6700 @ 4.0ghz stable - Anyone gone higher?

liquid cooled on a p5ql-e mobo, had to drop the ram to a 1:1

under heavy load hits around 70 celcius

Has anyone achieved something significantly better than this? 4.2+? and is willing to share what they did?

ive gotten to 4.0 anything higher is unstable.
