Yes, if you partition the larger HDD so the first partition is the same size as the other HDD. You can use the second partition on the larger HDD for additional data storage.

Ok, with that said, could you have a 2t drive, a 1.5t drive, a 500gb drive.. if you take the 2t partition it to match the 1.5t, take the extra 500gb partition from that, and match the 500gb drive to that?
