Hi,

Im building a i7 system and my first chose was the P6T, but after a bit of researching , I've read that P6T gets very hot and has quite bad PCIe aligment for SLI (slots are too close). On the other side, Deluxe V2 only has 2 PCIe, but with 2-3 slots between cards; also I've read that its better for OCing the processor (Im not really going to extreme OC it, just about 3.3 ~ 3.6 Ghz).

So, I can get a V2 Deluxe for about a 40€ increase, and though Im not doing SLI at build, might consider it later. You think it is worth the money?

Thanks

All the problems you mentioned with the p6t (besides overlocking problems) I have run into, but besides the sli card spacing, none have been limitating problems (ie I wanted to try 3 way sli but due to heat with 2 way I will never try it). But would theses issues have been non-issues if I would have bought a p6t deluxe v2? I don't know. All in all it's a great board. But if I did it over again I would spend the extra $30 (in my case) on the deluxe v2.
