It indicates its a Mugen 2 Rev B in the description, but that could be an error.

Reading the box in the last picture on the site sures indicates that is what it is. So....what is the question? Looks like a decent HSF and many have been happy with this family of HSFs.

I'm pretty sure the number difference has to do with a change in the provided mounting plate that goes behind the mobo. I had a different shape to it before....it may have possibly had a multiple plates for multiple sockets, I don't remember though.

Yep that's all it is.The revision is mainly adding support for more sockets.
