Can someone help me find the best socket A processor out there under roughly $150 duel core especialy, if they exist :(

You must be kidding. Dual core came out in 2005. Socket A died by 2004.

Socket A is ancient, and it never came in dual core.

The only real options you have, if you want to keep your ram, is either find a S939 board and CPU with AGP or an Asrock 4core Vista board and a 65nm core 2. Their are probably other options but those two are probably the best. Otherwise it is really time for an all new rig. The best of those options for you for your price would probably be the Asrock with an E2xxx series cpu unless you can find an early E6xxx series cheap on Ebay.
