how much heat does a northbridge chipset of an overclocked SLI motherboard produce?

This all depends on the chipset, the motherboard and cooling solution used. There are too many variables to just provided a number. My Northbridge on a Rampage II Extreme runs at 47 degrees C most of the time. A bit hotter when the case temperature increases due to the GPUs and CPU.
