Where is Windows Explorer?

took everything off my hard drive then put back did a recover with the recovery cd No windows explorer in my accessories why??

I have never heard of that problem, but you can add a shortcut yourself using these settings:

Target: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe
Start in: %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%
