Can nokia bluetooth headset bh-503 be connected to a desktop pc ?

I brought nokia blue tooth head set and Bluetooth dongle. it detect the head set in PC but i am not able talk with this head set. no sound of music or skype is coming in headset.

can you help me to make setting.

You need to set the headset as your default speakers and microphone.
