0.6 or 0.3dB LNB (UK Question)

I am a bit confused with the advice available on the net as regards
LNB,s. A lot of people say that they are not worth the extra money. In
my case I think they maybe, I live in Spain trying to get BBC on SKY
which works fine in the daytime, but in the evening it breaks up bad.
I have a correctly aligned 1.5m dish with at present a 0.7dB ALPS LNB.
Going to a bigger dish size is not an option. Can anybody with local
knowledge of my situation, please advise me on what LNB I should be
using, for full BBC coverage on SKY. Thanking you in anticipation.
