How to overclock sony vaio

Can someone please give me some advice on how to overclock my sony vaoi f series i7 740m processor?

You don't, in essence you could OC a laptop CPU, but. Laptop's have theeee worst airflow and it would essentially overheat or worse case scenario break the cpu. Another thing is as i mentioned laptops have horrid airflow, if you wanted something to OC then turn to a desktop otherwise, don't even try it on that laptop.

+1 to the above. You will most likely find the settings you need to change are locked anyway.
