Pen Drive not working

Hello
Something has happened to my pendrive (Transcend 4gb )
When I insert it into my usb port , light glows in it.But there is no notification on desktop.
I tried using my pd on other pc's , but same issue. Also, my pc is detecting other pd's.
PD is working fine is dvd players
Requesting to please help me.
