CPU power needed for multiple disk access?

Would the Atom 270 be strong enough for multiple I/O access within Adobe AIR - read a memory card and write to two SATA drives at the same time? A Celeron 220? Or would it take something like a Celeron 410 or CoreDuo?

I/O doesn't take much cpu time. As long as you don' t run any software RAID5 you should be fine.
