which tool bar are you talking about?

the bookmarks toolbar? add-ons toolbar? your custom toolbar?

the first two you should be able to re-enable if you go into view menu and look at which toolbars are set to be shown

for the last one, you will probably have to re-import or re-make your own toolbar
