Do you have some low voltage DDR2 to boot with in case the Corsair RAM doesn't boot right off? 2.1V can be a problem some times.

Looks fine otherwise.

That should do the trick then, I would say you have a good build. If you can swing a WD "ALS" type drive, it will be a bit faster than the older AAKS.
