I have a 30" monitor my 9800gtx just doesn't do it anymore. I would like opinions on what to upgrade to 780i sli mobo Q9450 oc 3.4g 750w power supply Iv'e oc'ed my 9800gtx as far as i can. Is there any new cards coming out form ati or nvidia? thought about 285sli or 295 mabey even the 4850X2 I just don't know??

Your CPU is fine, and because you have an nvidia board, I'd go with Nvidia GPUs. The GTX 285 would be a good choice, and it scales nicely in SLI.

Iv'e read all the reviews available. The 285 does look good for the price. It doesn't appear that anything new is coming out? or I would wait.

There`s always something new `on the way`. The big thing everyone is waiting for now is Windows 7 and DX11 but, frankly, by the time DX11 games become common we`ll all be looking for an upgrade anyway.
Get the GTX285.
