400w psu and radeon 4830

I have enlight 400w psu.

It says:
12v1 12v2
14A 15A
168w 180w

I wonder if my PSU can power a radeon 4830??

amd athlon 64 3200+
2gb ram
WD 250gb

I guess it would just suffice.
See the combined power of the 12v rails and divide it by 12. If it comes over 20A, you're good to go. Enlight psu are less efficient, so the wouldn't be completely riskfree.
