Ram / CPU cooler question

Im building a new system, specs:

Case: NZXT Tempest

CPU: Intel Q6600

PSU: Corsair 850watt

Video Card: XFX GTX 260 black edition (going with 2 sooner or later)

Mobo: EVGA 750i FTW

Hard Drive: WD Caviar 640gig

Disc Drive: Samsung 22x

Will that cpu cooler fit in my case.... & Is it good?

Also, is that ram good? I doubt I overclock.. I want something around that price...

The comp. is for gaming & will be played on a 22" widescreen.

IMHO SLI is unnecessary for a 22 screen. Go with a P45 based mobo such as Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P, better stability and better overclocking (if you decide to). And a Q9400 runs faster and cooler.

Without SLI, change the PSU to an HX520.

That RAM is fine.

Zalman coolers offer decent performance but are way overpriced. The Xigmatech HDT-S1283 is cheaper and performs better.

The reason I got the corsair 850, is cus it's only $140.... Why do you say SLI is pointless on a 22".... Will 1 gtx 260 black edition run Crysis & future games good?

Easily, the HX520 I recommended would have no problem.

I think a GTX260 will be fine at that resolution for a while, but there are a couple of GTX280 @ the egg for ~$285-290 this weekend.

I did the power usage and it was like around 500.. and with two cards, 572... I wanna be safe, incase I upgrade anything in the future, I wont have to get a new PSU too.... So it's between the Corsair 650 or 620...a 620 WILL DO FINE? I wanna be extra safe lol. If it will with no problems, Ill get the 620HX since it's modular.

Wait, i just looked, the Cors. 620HX is $140!

The antec 650 modular is $99...... which would you get?
