Dell vostro 1510 laptop, how to fix 1394 net adapter

Dear friend,
i have a problem on my laptop dell vostro 1510, my 1394 adapter is corrupted please give me a tip how to fix this problem.

explain "corrupted" is it physically damaged? if so then you will need to replace the port, which probably is a tough job for you and will cost a significant amount of money to have somebody else do it.

if it's a software issue, try updating the drivers

As AntiZig said, if its a physical damage the port needs to be replaced, so I would suggest you to contact our tech support and we would be able to check the warranty type and also help you diagnose the issue and do the needful.
