Overclcoking soaftware

Hello,
looking for a windows based over clocking utiity that can adjust mdb w out damageing my hardware , is amd 3.4 quad core w 4 gigs ram n 3 nivdia 250 gtx card. yes i have a nforce chipset i downloaded amd overdrive want so badly to use it but just bought a this nvidia ear had i known would have gone crossfire

proc oc softwares usually or mostly are fail.

gpu based software, this is where MSI imo shines.

I don't recommend overclocking through any software. If you motherboard supports oc'ing you can start by bumping up the fsb a bit. You can only go so far before you start having to adjust the voltages but don't mess with the voltages until you have done some reading to know you wont damage your cpu. You can only go so far with a stock cpu cooler so if you want to do more you will need a decent aftermarket cpu cooler with a good thermal paste such as arctic silver 5.
