Hello,

I recently ruined my laptop and have taken it completely apart and was thinking about parting it out...when i looked up the specs on my processor (T7200) I noticed it was socket 478...the same as my IC7-G...is there any way I could slap that in there with a little BIOS work instead of my P4??

No...the T7200 is a Core2Duo Socket M processor...

Although it may seem identical, Socket M is not pin-compatible with the older mobile Socket 479, the older desktop Socket 478 or the newer mobile Socket P.
