How to oc my procie ??????

hey guyz ....
i had a trouble with my cpu and motherboard ..

My cpu is intel dual core e2200
Motherboard : asrock 945gcm-s
vga radeon hd 4850
2gb ram

i can oc my cpu, but it just take to 2.58 ghz,and whenever i try to increase the clock, my pc cant boot and the bios is reset to default...
is there any way to increase my clock to 2.75 ghz ....
Please help me, cause my cpu bottleneck my gpu.....

Why bother? 170MHz more aren't going to make any difference! Just wait for the release of SandyBridge(Intel) and BullDozer(AMD).
