my pc restart`s in safe mode every time.
It also disabled my keyboard file,so I have to put the on-screen keyboard to be able to type.
I would just reinstall xp.
but I don`t see how to bring this on-screen keyboard up, in order to type my 25- digit ID code.
any suggestion,thank you

my pc will start up.
But as soon as windows start`s up.
it won`t let me use the keyboard.
the mouse freeze`s, If I touch the board sitting in front of me.
But I can see that window`s will continue to operate,
but, if I restart pc and bring up keyboard on the screen,it`ll work.
I have tried going into safe mode,and telling it to start windows normaly.

sry hit wrng key!
it does`nt have starting in safe mode,in the corner`s.
but I cant install a keyboard file.
if that`s not anuff,at times it say`s window`s installer not installed.
I would like to be able to reinstall xp.
but when I restart windows, to reinstall xp
it`ll ask me to type in 25digit code,but keyboards frooze?
