Ding on the heatsink

I received my new heatsink and I found a tiny nick on it. Will this cause a problem with cooling and should I RMA the heatsink?
The nick is on the lower right section of the HS, between the center and the lower right corner. It is pretty small, maybe a .5mm x 1mm.

1- What cooler?
2- Can u post a picture of the problem?

Sadly I do not have camera access at this time. But the heatsink is a Zalman 9900 and I have recreated what it looks like on a different picture:
