i originlly had a pair of corsair 2 gb and they worked fine. I recently bought ocz sli memory and had eight gigs of it. When I install up to 3 sticks, it keeps beeping at startup. When I insert the 4th stick of ocz it doesn't beep anymore but the screen won't start up. I switched back to corsair and everything was working again. Is there a problem with all four of my ocz sticks or is it something else. Help is greatly appreciated

the motherboard im using is nvidia 780i sli
q6700
xfx 260

I cannot generalize, but it's been my experience with my 680i motherboard that it's more than a little finicky with some brands of memory.
