"Yellow bang in device manager under other device as " PC POWER PROCESSOR". This has occurred after OS installation"

did you update all new/latest drivers from manufacturer's websites?

This one has got me stumped. have you tried to repair the windows installation?

We Initially tried Windows Repair, then also did SFC Scannow in Command Prompt, no files were found to be missing, then did OSRI - A complete Clean Format & Instllation, no go..

Will reply further on Monday, have a nice weekend.. :)
