I have Qwest DSL and have two computers on the modem. One with the ethernet cable, one on a USV cable. I have no problems when I am the only one online. When my wife goes on line also, I am constantly getting a cannot find server message and I need to reboot the modem to get a connection. I did not have this problem when we first got the modem. Which ever computer is on the USB cable is the one that has the problem. Do I need a new modem?
