I have the following options to buy new card, plz help me choose
- nvidia xfx 9600 1.5 gb DDR2
- nvidia xfx 9800 512 mb DDR3


is it better to choose bigger ram or faster ram for new games?

9800 all the way,its faster than 9600,also the 9600 that u choosed is weak because of DDR2.
