Overclocking AMD 955

Hi i would like some help on overclocking my Amd Phenom II x4 955 to a stable 3.8-4ghz i have a Gigabyte 890fxa-UD5 Gskill DDR3 1600mhz ram. what and how would i proceed on doing this? Thanks

i overclocked my 955 to 4.0ghz very stable at 1.49vcore/20xmultiplier/200ht reference clock on arctic colling freezer pro 7 rev 2.0
i get 37c-idle to 62c-max load. hope this info helps you a lot.

i am also using a msi 790fx-gd70 motherboard.
