Hey guys,

I have:
x58 LE motherboard
i7-930 Bloomfield 2.8GHz
2 x 2GB of DDR3 1600 RAM
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2

My motherboard has set the ram to 8-8-8-20 at 1067 MHz because that is the maximum that intel has decided my processor can handle at before it is considered overclocking.

So, who can help me set the memory controller on my processor, along with the MCH strap, and whatever else is needed so I can change my ram to 1600 MHz without my system crashing every time.

(Also, my processor idles at 57-60 degrees even with the Arctic Freezer, I think this is pretty high, but maybe not, the board temperature on the motherboard gives a temperature of 45 degrees so I am not even sure what that temperature is of.)

I just want to make sure, I don't want to overclock my computer like crazy, just so the system will be nice and stable and actually be able to use the ram at 1600 MHz like it's meant to run.

Thanks.
