hi may i know what is the maximum overclock and voltage of Q6600 on stock cooler and special heatsink example: IFX-14, tuniq tower, etc. thanks.

The results that you'd get will vary, as every chip is different. It's like a draw of a bag: some people will be able to push the chip to 4.0Ghz, while others will have theirs struggle at 3.2Ghz.

I think it's more realistic to say that some people will get a Q6600 to 3.6ghz and most will struggle to keep it cool above 3ghz.

That defeats the purpose. Why would someone overclock a CPU above its heat safety threshold? ;)
Also, there have been cases where people will absolutely not be able to pass 3.2 Ghz on a Q6600. I wasn't trying to show the majority or average, but more the extreme situations.
