Looking at Process Explorer, I see this all the time and it spikes to 50% sometimes. I have tried the driver uninstall and reinstall that is suppose to fix the problem, but it doesn't go away. I have my BIOS and drivers fully updated.

Rig:
Processor:
AMD Phenom(tm) II X3 710 Processor (3 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
Memory:
3326MB RAM OCZ Sli(4gb, but system reads that amount)
Hard Drive:
1 TB WD Greenpower.
Video Card:
ATI Radeon HD 4870 Sapphire 512mb
Operating System:
Windows Vista™ Business (6.0, Build 6001) Service Pack 1 (6001.vistasp1_gdr.090302-1506)
Motherboard:
Asus M3A78-EM/CM
PSU:
OCZ 500W ModXStream

The clocks for cpu, gpu and ram are appropriate.
