Can my mobo be set to overclock my cpu

ok guys i have a pentium d 820 2.8 ghz cpu and an axper xpm5arc410 motherboard(very #$%%^* board).when i try to go into the award bios to overclock my cpu it has option for frequency and voltage control and in that two option under cpu ratio that are default and manual but i cant see any submenu or anything after that so can my mobo be set to overclock my cpu?also there are many options such as dram timings etc.please see the screenshots of my bios?

It looks like the options just aren't there you need a cpu frequency option. Is this a main brand PC ie. Dell or HP if so they normally lock all overclocking features.

no its an assembled one my friend and is there anything else i can do to overclock my cpu.

Whats in the multifunction box?
I think looking at it,
Either something may be in there, you may have luck with the 'cpu ratio' tab, or as previously mentioned, you cant O/c it
