Anyone have this Motherboard running Windows 7 RC? I'm building my first computer and was wanting to run the RC to save myself 100$ for an OS but I have read some people have issues and can't get it to work but I have came across a few reviews of people who have it working. Is there something I need to make sure I do to get it to work or what?
I was just browsing through the reviews at newegg. One said the drivers weren't compatible with it, and someone else said they had to force it into compatibility mode? I thought I read somewhere though that all vista drivers should work with Windows 7 RC, is that true?
I just bought the M4A78-E and set it up last night, I wasn't able to get win7 to install on my RAID cluster, but I think that may be a fault of the RAID drivers, I just found newer ones on softpedia (not sure if they are any better than the CD that came with it, but at least they specify win7, were the CD only shows vista)
I've been running various installation of win7 all year on various hardware and all runs great. normally vista drivers work fine with it. I'll post a reply once I actually get my OS installed on this system and let you know how it goes.

Saphire VaporX Radeon HD 4890
Antec 850W Modular PS
LG BD-RE

ASUS M4A78-EM
AMD Phenom II x4 3.4GHz

Just built but BIOS gives this error: The CPU you use is higher than the specification that this motherboard is intended to support. Asus's AI protection can work with your cpu with some adjustment of cpu working frequency.
Anyone have an idea how to adjust the frequency?
The CD Rom that comes with the mother board does not work with Windows 7. However all drivers seem to load okay but unable to access Asus's feature's on the motherboard except thru BIOS.
